Afghanistan’s former Vice-President Amrullah Saleh declares himself 'Caretaker President'

Amrullah Saleh has declared himself as the Caretaker President of Afghanistan. The former Afghan Vice President tweeted saying, "I will never, ever &  under no circumstances bow to d Talib terrorists."
